Why I am producing and hosting this podcast

The podcast is being produced because of my interest in coaching, teaching, and mentoring physicians interested in transitioning to a non-clinical role. 

An increasing number of physicians are seeking non-clinical roles. There are many changes in healthcare that have increased the need for physicians in non-clinical roles.

Show Format

The show will be produced weekly and will consist of interviews with physicians that have successfully transitioned into full or part time non-clinical roles. The roles may be healthcare related or outside of healthcare. Another segment of the show will be the Non-clinical Role of the week. A third show segment is Weekly Top Read. I will choose a book, article, or blog post and discuss the relevance for non-clinical physicians or those considering a transition to a non-clinical role. I will also discuss Comments and Questions from subscribers and listeners.
